Event Schedule
- 2:00 PM – Event kicks off: Chuck your ducks, enjoy the activities, and dig into some great food.
- 3:00 PM – Football and tailgating: Catch the Nebraska vs. UCLA game on the big screens.
- 5:30 PM – Evening event: We’ll announce the total funds raised and wrap up with fireworks.

What happens to my duck after I throw it in the Jeep? Do I get to keep my duck?
Ducks chucked in the Jeep stay part of the fundraiser. But you’ll get the pride of knowing your $5 made a difference—and you’ll receive an exclusive “I Gave a Duck” sticker at the event!
Can I buy ducks in person?
Yes, you can buy ducks at our Edwards Auto Village Pointe dealership from 9 AM to 8 PM Monday – Thursday, or Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
How will my donation be used?
Duck proceeds will directly benefit Children’s Nebraska and the Team Jack Foundation, funding research and treatment for children battling cancer.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes, our grand reopening celebration is for the entire family! There will be plenty of activities for the kids—including fishing for ducks, balloon animals, music, and more.
What if it rains?
We’re planning for fun rain or shine! We’ll make sure you and your family can still participate safely and enjoy the event no matter the weather.
